Mr. Amod Kumar Dalela brings over 43 years of diverse experience as an advocate and dispute resolution professional. Based in New Delhi, he practices across various forums, including the High Court, District Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal, and other quasi-judicial bodies. His core expertise spans civil, commercial, labor law, mediation and arbitration matters.
Mr. Dalela holds impressive academic credentials, including an LL.M. in Cyber Laws and Cyber Security from I.P. University, New Delhi, and an M.S.W. (Master of Social Work) from Agra University. Mr. Dalela is an experienced mediator, trained under specialized programs organized by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (2019) and the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society (2021). Amit Kathpalia is a Civil Engineer with an LLM in International Construction Contracts from Pantheon Assas University of Law, France. He has multifarious experience of construction projects spanning over40 years in Indian Army Corps of Engineers, Military Engineering Service, Public Works Department, Corporate and Academia.He has been Chief Engineer in three Govt Departments, VP of a Manufacturing company and Head of Training of RICS. He is an Adjunct Professor at RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, Adjunct Faculty at L&T Institute of Planning and Management, Visiting Professor at NLU Delhi, Guest faculty at NICMAR, Contract Advisor of a prestigious Govt project of MPTDC and which is to be inaugurated by PM and claims consultant for various companies and PSUs. He was responsible(along with six other Subject Matter Experts) for developing training modules on Infrastructure Project and Contract Management for Niti Aayog.
He has taken training programs in Public Procurement, Contract management, Claims, Commercial management, and Project management, for junior, mid-level and senior executives of more than eighty reputed companies and PSUs. Pooja Sharma is a legal and corporate professional with more than 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning law, banking, client advisory, and professional training. Her work today focuses on civil and commercial disputes, with a growing specialization in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
She appears before District Courts in Delhi, handling property and contractual matters and assisting in arbitration proceedings, particularly those involving construction and commercial contracts. Her practice is complemented by strong capabilities in contract drafting, negotiation, legal research, and client communication.
She has completed multiple ADR certifications, including 40-hour mediation trainings from IICA and AIIMAS, along with specialised programs in arbitration and contract drafting, and is currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Indian Law Institute.
Before entering full-time legal practice, Pooja built a successful corporate career in the banking and financial services sector, serving in leadership and client-relationship roles at Société Générale, American Express Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank, where she was recognized for performance excellence.
Her academic background includes an LL.M. from Amity University, LL.B. from CCS University, an MBA from IGNOU, and a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Delhi.
She is enrolled with the Bar Council of India and holds memberships with the Delhi High Court Bar, along with institutional ADR affiliations.
